Floating house PCH 44
… is a project of a floating house for season use from Spring to Autumn. Floating foundation is formed with two high-durable concrete pontoons each 10 x 2,4 x 1,2 m (L x B x H). Pontoons are filled with EPS that assures their unsinkability.
Superstructure of the floating house is of wooden frame construction with internal insulation and batten facade.
There are used some necessary technologies: water filtration system, wastewater treatment plant integrated in one of the pontoons. First floating house of this type was built on river Vah near city Komarno in 2012.
