Floating cottage PCH 44

… is a project of a floating cottage for season use from Spring to Autumn. Floating foundation is formed with two high-durable concrete pontoons each 10 x 2,4 x 1,2 m (L x B x H). Pontoons are filled with EPS that assures their unsinkability. Superstructure of the cottage is of wooden frame construction with internal insulation and batten facade. There are used some necessary technologies: water filtration system, wastewater treatment plant integrated in one of the pontoons. First cottage was built on river Vah near city Komarno in 2012.
